OverviewLocation: Saudi ArabiaSalary: SAR 18,000 – 25,000 + Quarterly IncentivesAn exciting opportunity for a commercially minded B2B account leader who thrives at the intersection of wellness, revenue and delivery excellence. Our client is seeking a Corporate Wellness Manager to own and grow corporate partnerships — designing impactful wellness programmes that convert into long-term contracts, renewals and measurable business outcomes. This is not a pure sales role. It is a strategic, consultative position where you shape solutions, orchestrate delivery and drive account growth, while protecting clinical integrity and operational quality.The RoleYou will take ownership of the corporate journey from discovery through to renewal:Lead discovery conversations to define outcomes, scope and success metricsDesign structured corporate wellness programmes (wellness days, 6–12 week cohorts, executive performance programmes, membership bundles)Draft proposals and align commercial terms with Sales and FinanceCoordinate delivery across multidisciplinary wellness teamsProduce monthly and quarterly impact reportsDrive renewals, expansions and cross-sell opportunitiesYou act as the bridge between commercial ambition and operational excellence.Candidate ProfileStrong B2B account management experienceBackground in wellness, hospitality, HR benefits or other service-led environmentsProven consultative selling capabilityExcellent proposal writing and reporting disciplineStrong stakeholder management skillsCommercial mindset with high service standardsYou must be comfortable balancing revenue growth with programme feasibility and brand protection.Performance MetricsPipeline progression and close rate (shared with Sales)Active corporate accounts and contract valueEngagement and satisfaction scoresRenewal and expansion revenueConversions into broader memberships or servicesPackageBase Salary: SAR 18,000 – 25,000Quarterly variable: 15–25% of base salaryAdditional incentives include:1–2% of collected revenue for deals originated1% of renewal revenue and 2% of expansion revenueVariable paid subject to CSAT ≥ 4.3/5 and quality delivery standardsThis is a strategic commercial role offering genuine ownership and impact within a growing corporate wellness environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
