Corporate Teller

Role and LocationCorporate Teller – DubaiRole PurposeDelivering quality teller service to customers via accurate and efficient processing while projecting ADIB's professional image in all interpersonal dealings.Key AccountabilitiesPerform all teller counter service transactions such as cash deposits, cash withdrawals, drafts, telegraphic transfers, payment orders, standing orders, foreign currency purchase & sales, and cheque deposits in line with operational policies & procedures.When centralized telegraphic transfers are involved, liaise with Treasury to obtain best rates for VIP & high‑net‑worth customers in coordination with HOPs.Serve Private Banking customers at separate counters and process any other counter service transaction introduced by ADIB from time to time.Sell or identify and refer product inquiries from prospective customers to Sales staff.Act as one of dual custodians for branch vault cash & security stationery; assist HOP as the second custodian for dual control.Cash reconciliation & balancing, end‑of‑day balancing, general filing.Ensure proper understanding and processing for all centralized activities as per Branch Operations Centralization Projects.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge RequiredKnowledge of ADIB Retail Banking products & services.Knowledge of ADIB Operational Policies & Procedures.Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.Awareness of competitors in the local market.Knowledge of all regulations issued by Central Bank of UAE.Knowledge of service standards.Cross‑sales skills.Previous ExperienceMinimum two (02) months experience/training as teller in a banking environment/ADIB Academy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
