Corporate Tax Director

<p>In this role, you will provide various corporate tax advisory and compliance services to clients. Your primary responsibility will be corporate tax advisory and compliance however you will be expected to be part of business development, and ESR. Your responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Driving the Corporate tax department with a focus on clients operating in KSA or globally from both an advisory and compliance perspective.</li><li>Be responsible for building close relationships with a wide range of clients and working as part of a team to deliver corporate tax services, including corporate tax advisory, tax planning, tax strategy, tax compliance, increasing post tax profits, and providing guidance and recommendations to achieve the best corporate tax practices.</li><li>Be able to deliver and manage complex corporate tax projects. Knowledge of the BEPS initiatives and the latest international tax developments will be an advantage.</li><li>A thorough understanding of the Corporate Tax rules and keeping abreast of the constantly evolving legislative changes in KSA.</li><li>Proactive targeting and referral to ensure the business development target of the department and firm are met.</li><li>Driving business development to identify opportunities, both independently and across other lines of services, to have conversations and win work with new and existing clients.</li><li>Manage and deliver projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging the output produced by the team.</li><li>Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our client’s own quality criteria.</li><li>Train, coach, and supervise team members.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
