The business is committed to driving digital innovation to deliver excellence in customer service.ResponsibilitiesRespond to corporate client queries and complete financial/trade related transactions, as applicableIn collaboration with the coverage teams, manage the end-to-end process of new to Bank and existing commercial client’s Bank account opening needProvide the coverage teams with the support needed ensuring the client experience is well managedResolve issues related to alternative channels offered to commercial clientsCreate internal memos and corporate customer letters to track and follow up on departmental documentationSupport RMs in preparation and disbursement of certain loan products and programsQualificationsBachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirementA minimum of 4 years’ banking experience for Account operations or servicesWhat we offerCompetitive Salary : The indicative pay range for this role.
