Committed to safety and quality, SHAHEN operates as a strategic logistics partner and a natural extension of operations for leading enterprises across the Kingdom.</p><h3>Role Description</h3><p>This is a full-time, highly active field-based role headquartered in Riyadh, requiring frequent travel across Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Corporate Sales Representative (Hunter) to expand our B2B client base.</p><p>You will be responsible for actively prospecting corporate clients, conducting daily field visits, presenting SHAHEN’s Contracted Transport and FTL leasing solutions, and closing deals. Please note: This is a pure field sales role focused on target achievement and business development, not an office-based operations or fleet dispatching position.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Actively prospect, target, and acquire new B2B enterprise clients across various industries.</li><li>Conduct daily field visits and travel extensively across the Kingdom to build relationships and generate leads.</li><li>Negotiate and close sales contracts for SHAHEN's core logistics solutions, specifically fixed-rate transport and custom truck leasing.</li><li>Manage sales pipelines and effectively communicate our value proposition to corporate clients.</li><li>Follow up on and manage the collection of outstanding client receivables to ensure financial stability.</li><li>Utilize ERP systems and MS Office efficiently to manage customer data, track progress, and generate regular sales reports.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales and lead generation.</li><li>Highly Preferred: Previous field sales experience in the logistics sector, specifically in Full Truckload (FTL) freight or truck leasing.</li><li>Valid Saudi driver’s license with a strong willingness and flexibility to travel continuously across the Kingdom.</li><li>Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.</li><li>Presentable, highly disciplined, with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and contract-closing abilities.</li><li>Target-driven mindset with a clear understanding of commission-based sales structures.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools and software for sales tracking and management.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
