OverviewEstablished in 1998, Lufthansa City Centre Trans Arabian Travels is a full-service Travel Management Company based in Dubai. We manage end-to-end corporate travel solutions while also curating premium and luxury travel experiences for discerning clients. Our focus is long-term relationships, reliability, and smart travel solutions that grow with our clients.Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven Corporate Sales Executive to grow our corporate portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who already in touch with corporates & understands how SMEs business works, buy, and decide, and who can open doors at senior management level while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.You will be responsible for new corporate acquisition, account retention, and revenue growth across our corporate travel business.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business DevelopmentAcquire new SME and mid-market corporate accounts across Dubai and the UAEBuild relationships with decision-makers including Owners, Managing Directors, CFOs, HR Heads, travel coordinator, secretaries and Admin ManagersConduct meetings, presentations and proposal submissions tailored to each client’s travel needsProactively with existing corporates contacts source leads via networking, referrals, LinkedIn etc.Account Management & GrowthUpselling services such as VIP travel, MICE, group travel.Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for service enhancementsMaintain a strong pipeline and accurate databaseAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targetsTrack market trends and competitor activityIdeal Candidate ProfileBilingual: English and another European language /Filipino/Japanese /Arabic2–5 years of B2B sales experience travel industry or corporates related goods & services.Having existing corporate network in DubaiProven experience selling to SMEs and engaging with senior managementStrong relationship-building and negotiation skillsComfortable with targets and consultative sellingMust have their own car and valid UAE driver’s licenseWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary & target incentiveOpportunity to work with a global travel network "Lufthansa City Centre".Clear growth path into senior sales or account leadership rolesSupportive operations and management team Apply by sending your CV to: pamela@transarabian.ae#J-18808-Ljbffr
