Job Description
Role OverviewAs a Sales Executive at Advanced Travel and Tourism, you will drive corporate travel sales by identifying and prospecting Corporates and SMEs within the region. You will be part of a dynamic team based in Abu Dhabi, operating in a fully ONSITE environment. The role involves managing key client relationships, negotiating corporate travel contracts, and ensuring top-tier travel management services for corporate accounts. Your focus will include brick walling key clients, expanding the client base, and securing long-term agency partnerships with corporates.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of corporate clients and VIP customers, providing tailored travel solutionsDrive new business by identifying and prospecting Corporates and SMEs to grow corporate travel salesNegotiate, prepare, and renew corporate contracts for key clientsOversee corporate travel management, including ticketing and hotel bookings for exclusive corporate housesDevelop and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clientsRegularly visit corporate offices to maintain and increase business sharePrepare and present sales activity reports to the General ManagerMonitor budgets and targets, maximizing sales and profitabilityFollow up on payments and collections from corporate clientsSeek out new business opportunities and potential areas for corporate travel growthRequirements for the RoleBachelor’s DegreeMinimum 5 years of experience in travel sales, and at least 3 years in corporate salesProficiency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).Expertise in GDS and strong knowledge of booking software and proceduresDemonstrable experience as a travel consultant & sales executive, with proven ability to manage local and international travel arrangements for corporate clientsOutstanding negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsSelf-motivated, diligent, and ambitious professionalAdaptable, flexible, and able to perform in a dynamic environmentProfessional, confident, and exceptionally organizedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
