Additional InformationThis hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Le Mirage Property Management W. L. L.. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute corporate sales strategies and manage daily sales activities to achieve revenue targetsIdentify, approach, and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to maximize revenueSupport the planning and execution of strategic and tactical sales initiatives aligned with business goalsConduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamicsPrepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contractual agreementsCollaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand visibility within target segmentsMaintain accurate records and reports using hotel sales and property management systemsRequired QualificationsMandatory: Proven corporate sales experience within the Qatar marketBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldStrong background in corporate sales within reputable international hotel brands (Marriott experience preferred)Demonstrated success in driving corporate revenue within the hospitality sectorSolid experience working with recognized luxury or upscale hospitality brandsExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and sustain long-term relationships with corporate clients and stakeholdersProficiency in Opera PMS and related hospitality systemsValid Qatar driving license (required)Competitive salary based on experienceThis company is an equal opportunity employer.
