Corporate Freight Pricing Manager - RFQs And Tenders

<div><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>Purpose of the Job: The purpose of this role is to manage Global Tenders freight pricing as well as RFQs of the network in line with direct coordination with carriers, offices, and agents.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Receive and assess freight tenders for AIR and SEA</li><li>Coordinate with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Negotiate rates with carriers and agents.</li><li>File contract with carriers on behalf of stations</li><li>Market analysis and study on available solutions</li><li>Follow on the tenders and winning ratio</li><li>Prepare monthly analysis on volumes and console performance.</li><li>Follow up with airlines / shipping lines for spot rates ex: reduction in rates on specific trade lane due to capacity issues.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on status of inquiries either weekly or monthly on the list of inquiries win or lost.</li><li>Support the product development&Growth acceleration in terms of day-to-day adhoc freight inquiries</li><li>Manage team KPIs</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><p>Experience and Education needed.
