Job Description As a Management Trainee in Corporate Finance at Shriram Finance, your role will involve: - Assisting the team in raising funds from Banks, Mutual Funds, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, and Corporates by issuing various financial instruments. - Preparing Credit proposals and Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM), along with standard treasury dockets. - Addressing queries from potential lenders and ensuring satisfactory resolution of their concerns. - Handling documentation processes for borrowing activities. - Managing and monitoring compliance requirements specified by lenders, overseeing liquidity, maintaining regular cash flow, and managing surplus funds through investments. - Facilitating fund transfers between accounts and ensuring timely repayment of liabilities, while preparing periodic reports. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, staying updated on regulatory and industry developments to facilitate prompt decision-making. - Managing data for Credit Rating Agencies and generating internal Management Information System (MIS) reports as needed. - Leading and executing securitization transactions end-to-end, including deal structuring, adhering to deal timelines, conducting due diligence, and managing legal documentation.
