Job Description
Job Summary / Main PurposeThe Corporate Communication Manager is responsible for managing all internal and external messaging throughout the organization. As an advisor to top executives, the Corporate Communication Manager works closely with the management team to ensure that all messages within the organization is aligned with the companies communication strategy and are consistent with the brand guidelines.Main ResponsibilitiesEstablishes and implements effective and appropriate internal and external communications channels (Internet, Press Releases, Social Media, and Intranet, etc.)Ensures communications messages are respecting all communications strategy for each marketProvides reactive communications support to the regions as it relates to area or industry issuesDevises strategies and tactics for a comprehensive communications programCoaches, supports and acts as a communication counsel to executive teamEnsures that timely and consistent delivery of messages is aligned with local communications plansCreates strategic communication plans and execute those plans to drive measurable resultsDesigns, develops, writes, edits, and produces internal employee communications in order to relay organization strategies, policies, activitiesEnables external media relations in market in support of international expansion, business development, manufacturing plans, partnerships, brand launches, pricing issues, market access, sales and marketing practicesManages the media spokesperson for projects as requiredCollaborates and coordinates with global and corporate colleagues to ensure local project needs are clearly articulated and supported globallyManages a broad range of internal communications initiatives that increase employees’ engagement to deliver business successEstablishes operating budgets with all external agencies engaged in the communications work and manage activities to deliver desired outcomes within the established budgetRequirements (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes)Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communication, Journalism or in related fields.At least 7+ years of experience in similar Corporate Communication position.Experience writing press releases in a journalistic style.Multicultural experience and understanding required; global experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to interact and influence senior executives effectively.#J-18808-Ljbffr
