ResponsibilitiesSupport the business on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal mattersDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreementsAdvise internal stakeholders on legal risk and commercially focused issuesAssist with corporate governance, policies, and compliance-related workWork closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel where requiredOperate with discretion and professionalism in a government-facing environmentRequirementsSenior Associate–level lawyer (7+ years’ PQE)Common law qualified (e.g., UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada)Solid experience across corporate and commercial lawCurrently based in the UAE, with willingness to work in Abu DhabiComfortable working on a contract/secondment basis, including holding (or obtaining) a freelance or spousal visaThis role will begin as an initial three-month contract, with a strong view to extension (typically a further 3–6 months).
