Corporate Associate - Law Firm - Abu Dhabi

A Corporate practice based in Abu Dhabi is looking to add an Associate to its team. The role offers exposure to a wide range of corporate and transactional matters across the Middle East, including cross-border work. The work involves advising regional and international clients on complex corporate and commercial issues across multiple sectors.The Role:This opportunity is suited to a 2–4 PQE Corporate Associate seeking to broaden experience across public and private M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters. The role involves working closely with senior lawyers on multi-jurisdictional transactions and provides scope for early responsibility within a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Supporting corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic arrangementsAdvising on inbound and outbound investments involving Middle East marketsDrafting and negotiating transaction documents such as SPAs and shareholders’ agreementsAssisting on cross-border matters alongside international counselSupporting client relationship management and business development initiativesContributing to internal knowledge sharing and team developmentRegional travel as requiredExperience & Qualifications:2–4 years PQE (England & Wales or equivalent)Strong grounding in corporate and M&A workSkills & Attributes:Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsCommercially minded with the ability to manage responsibility effectivelyCollaborative, proactive, and client-focusedInterest in business development and professional networkingFor a confidential discussion, please share your CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
