Job Title: Corporate AnalystDepartment: Corporate Banking / Credit Risk / SME & Business BankingReports To: VP Credit ManagementLocation: Dubai UAEExpected Joining: SeptemberJob Purpose:To support the credit and relationship management teams by evaluating corporate and SME clients through financial analysis risk assessment and preparation of well-structured credit proposals in alignment with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Analyze financial statements business models and industry trends to assess the creditworthiness of corporate and SME clientsPrepare comprehensive credit proposals and renewal memos including financial spread analysis covenant checks and credit rating justificationSupport RM team with due diligence client onboarding documentation and credit file completenessMonitor account performance and track covenant compliance for assigned portfolioAssist in portfolio reporting credit review and risk monitoringLiaise with internal departments (Legal Compliance Risk etc.) to ensure proper documentation and approvalsStay up to date with CBUAE regulatory changes and ensure alignment in credit processRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE s banking/financial sector (Corporate and SME focus)Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and credit risk assessmentProven experience in drafting credit proposals and risk reportsFamiliarity with CBUAE regulations Basel guidelines and internal credit policyAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsBachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related fieldArabic language is a plusStrong communication and writing skills (English mandatory)Analytical mindset with attention to detail Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,Access Control,Content Development,Flex,AC Maintenance,Application Programming Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 10 - 10
