Job Description

Ecolab is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join its industry leading Quick Service Restaurants team. In this position, you will partner with quick-service and limit-service restaurants to improve guest experience, lower operating costs, drive revenue growth and safeguard customer trust. You will provide solutions and expertise to help ensure food safety and brand consistency in local stores and across regional and global chains. You will achieve the sales and profit targets for the assigned accounts and new accounts.What’s In It For YouThe opportunity to take on some of the world’s most meaningful challenges, helping customers achieve clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environmentsThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growthThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives and ideas to achieve our bestEnjoy a flexible, independent work environmentReceive a non-decaled company vehicle for business and personal useWhat You Will DoMaintain relationships with existing corporate accounts in order to achieve sales targetsEstablish strong relationships with the existing corporate accounts and clearly identify key decision makers and decision influencersSuccessfully renew all major contracts and coordinate value merchandising at corporate headquarters locationsConduct annual business reviews or quarterly business reviews at a Corporate or Regional level for each of the aligned accountsEffectively coordinate product application, on-site trial, new product launch, price adjustment, etcDevelop and expand existing and new global, regional, and national accounts in the QSR industry segmentDesign and implement strategic business plans for national accountsPresent value-add products and programs, highlighting impact to the customer’s businessEnsure customer service delivery emphasizing the delivery of Ecolab's value propositionPartner and lead service and sales teams to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met and delivery of Service Standards are consistentLook for more business opportunities from potential and current accounts to achieve annual sales and profit budget while retaining the existing corporate accountsUnderstand all Ecolab solutions available and strive for Ecolab total solution across all of the customers restaurant locations for both current and prospect customersMaintain contacts within industry groups and bodies to network and identify new opportunities and stay ahead of changesDrive teamwork in order to deliver the value of EcolabEstablish and maintain routine communications with regional and global CAMs that have alignments to same Global Corporate AccountsLead project teams consisting of account manager/ regional manager and cross divisional partners to sell and maintain corporate accountsComply with company’s policies in order to ensure high quality of sales and serviceStrictly adhere to the Code of Conduct policyEnsure full compliance with all applicable regulatory and corporate standardsMaintain up to date knowledge of the company’s new products, programs and equipment, and industry knowledgePosition DetailsCandidate must reside in: UAE or KSATerritory will include: MEA50% overnight travel requiredMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience10+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of deals larger than USD 500K.Established industry/customer relationships at decision making and executive levelsMust have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordFluent in EnglishPreferred Qualifications5-7 years of Quick Service Restaurant industry experience & knowledgeSpecialty chemical industry experienceDemonstrated large account management success in selected industry with executive-level relationship sales experienceFinancial and analytical skills, including the understanding of a P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concernsAbout Ecolab’s Quick Service Restaurant DivisionLearn how we help 200,000 quick-service restaurants around the world with focused products and programs to improve their guest experience, lower operating costs, drive revenue growth and safeguard customer trust.
