Coordinator - transportation

Oversee and schedule daily recovery requests by dispatching recovery trucks through designated drivers and coordinating closely with the CRM team to ensure timely feedback updates and customer communication.Principal AccountabilitiesServe as a role model to other drivers by maintaining punctuality and remaining on the job for the full duration of regular working hours.Maintains effective working relationships with drivers and CRM staffsResponsible for monitoring all drivers to ensure effective compliance with road safety rules and regulationsResponsible for maintaining a variety of records, including timesheets, daily monitoring, and control of assigned overtime, along with related reporting.Report vehicle working conditions and necessary repair plans to the immediate superior.Duty allocation and shift management of recovery truck drivers to ensure 24x7, 365-day coverage of the RSA program.Coordinates registration as well as Branding Liscence renewal of Recovery Trucks thru admin team.Ensure all customer recovery requests received through the CRM are executed efficiently by recovery truck drivers, and that all internal movement requests are handled effectively.Coordinate the pick-up and drop-off of customer vehicles from service centers as per requests.Co-orodinate Chassis inspection requiremets of AAM Body Paint Shop thru Recovery Truck DriversEfficiently manage recovery truck maintenance and upkeep to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and a safe working environment is maintained.Required QualificationsYears of Experience: 2Having Qatar Driving License is mandatoryPrevious experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
