Work Location: Office-basedSalary: SAR 5,000 + 3% Commission on Closed DealsNationality: Saudi or any nationality (all are welcome)We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Coordinator & Lead Generation Specialist. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks while actively identifying and generating new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage daily office operationsHandle administrative tasks and follow-upsCommunicate with existing and potential clientsResearch and identify potential leads onlineUse platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, etc.Maintain and update data in CRM systems or ExcelPrepare periodic reports on leads and opportunitiesFollow up with prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales teamGood organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work under pressureProfessional and client-friendly attitudeProficiency in:Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Ability to use online research tools (Google, LinkedIn)Understanding of lead generation conceptsAbility to identify and target potential clientsAbility to write simple cold outreach messagesFollow-up skills to convert leads into sales opportunitiesBasics of customer servicePersuasion and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of the customer journeyUse of social media for business purposesQualificationsMinimum high school diploma (Diploma or Bachelor’s preferred)0–2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus3% commission on each deal closed through leads generated by the employeeCommission is paid after deal closure and payment collectionNo cap on commission (high earning potential)#J-18808-Ljbffr
