Coordinator&Lead Generation Specialist

<div><p>Work Location: Office-based</p><p>Salary: SAR 5,000 + 3% Commission on Closed Deals</p><p>Nationality: Saudi or any nationality (all are welcome)</p><p>We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Coordinator&Lead Generation Specialist. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks while actively identifying and generating new business opportunities.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Organize and manage daily office operations</li><li>Handle administrative tasks and follow-ups</li><li>Communicate with existing and potential clients</li><li>Research and identify potential leads online</li><li>Use platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, etc.</li><li>Maintain and update data in CRM systems or Excel</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on leads and opportunities</li><li>Follow up with prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team</li><li>Good organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Professional and client-friendly attitude</li></ul><h3>Proficiency in:</h3><ul><li>Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)</li><li>Ability to use online research tools (Google, LinkedIn)</li><li>Understanding of lead generation concepts</li><li>Ability to identify and target potential clients</li><li>Ability to write simple cold outreach messages</li><li>Follow-up skills to convert leads into sales opportunities</li><li>Basics of customer service</li><li>Persuasion and negotiation skills</li><li>Understanding of the customer journey</li><li>Use of social media for business purposes</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum high school diploma (Diploma or Bachelor’s preferred)</li><li>0–2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus</li><li>3% commission on each deal closed through leads generated by the employee</li><li>Commission is paid after deal closure and payment collection</li><li>No cap on commission (high earning potential)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
