Cooperative Accountant

Our client, a manufacturing company, is urgently looking for a Cooperative Accountant who will be based in their Dubai operation. For this role, you will be responsible for entering, maintaining, approving, and managing monthly and daily credit notes & FOC.Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Making COOP Credit notes monthly as per approved salesChecking & Approving monthly FOC based on correct sales & ContractsPreparing and submitting quarterly claims as per scheduleApproving customer development agreements (CDA) along with its P&LPerforming reconciliation for customers as requiredConducting training for Sales Departments on proper implementation of the COOP moduleMonitoring expenses as per COOP AgreementEnsuring adequate expenditure controls and complianceProviding Monthly Spending Reports to channel headsScreening and approving Credit Notes and FOC’s as per the agreementAssisting team members with any requirements for the Coop departmentMaintaining smooth relationships with the company, Sales, and AR teamsTo be considered, candidates should have a University degree in finance or accounting with 1-3 years of experience.
