Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contracts Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration ensuring compliance with legal requirements and supporting the organizations business objectives.The Contract Administrator operates with a degree of independence managing contracts and providing sound contractual advice across all phases of the project lifecycle. This role involves overseeing deliverables of varying complexity and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations both pre- and post-award.Responsibilities:Review draft and negotiate complex contracts and agreementsManage the contract lifecycle from initiation to closeoutEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws regulations and company policiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather contract requirements and resolve issuesAnalyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunitiesMaintain accurate contract records and documentationDevelop and implement contract management processes and proceduresMonitor contract performance and deadlines ensuring timely renewals or terminationsPrepare reports on contract status compliance and financial implicationsAssist in resolving contract disputes and claimsStay updated on relevant laws regulations and industry best practicesQualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or related fieldMinimum of 6 years of experience in contract administration preferably in an international settingStrong knowledge of contract law and regulations including familiarity with UAE labor lawsProficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities Additional Information : About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
