Experience RequirementsMinimum 18 years overall experience in major Infrastructure Projects or Programmes, Pre and post contract working experience of at least 1 large scale PPP project is mandatory. Preference will be given to Wastewater Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations.Experience in contract formation and post contract administration of PPP projects.Experience in the assessment of claims and variations on PPP Projects.Sound knowledge of different contract forms (e.g. FIDIC, Governmental forms DBOM) and international contract conditions and laws.Demonstrable knowledge and experience in procurement methodologies and tendering for PPP and consultancy contracts, including input into the proposal evaluation and recommendations.Educational and Additional RequirementsBachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Engineering, Quantity surveying, Law or related fieldChartered Status with a professional instruction e.g RICS, ICES, CIArbPre and post contract international working experience of at least 1 large scale PPP project.Driver’s LicenceInterested candidates may share their updated cv with the subject line to : (emailprotected)#J-18808-Ljbffr
