Contracts Engineer

We are hiring a Contracts Engineer to oversee contract preparation, review, negotiation, and administration across multiple projects.Responsibilities :Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.Manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.Provide contractual advice to project and management teams.Requirements :Bachelors degree in Engineering or Law.Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management (EPC preferred).Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
