Madre Integrated Engineering Full time ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance to end-users and stakeholders about procurement procedures and contracts in general; actas resource person by responding to queries and clarifications pertaining to procurement procedures and contractual provisionsDevelop and implement standard contract/agreement templates for various types of services required by the organizationReview scope of work/services to ensure clarity and completeness; develop suitable pricing structure, select/draft appropriate contractual conditions and ensure that the organization's standard policies and procedures are strictly adhered toRecommend effective strategies, in accordance with accepted and prescribed best practices, to ensure streamlined procurement cycles and contracting activitiesEstablish pre-determined criteria for bid evaluation in consultation with end users and stakeholders; coordinate and manage the evaluation processConduct risk analysis to identify organization's exposure and develop, in consultation with all relevant departments, the proper and appropriate approach to mitigate such risksEvaluate proposals by reviewing bidder qualifications, assessing technical and commercial submissions, recommending contract awards or negotiationPrepare Working Group and Tender Committee (in Arabic) submissionsManage the contract award process by preparing award correspondence and notifications; ensure that securities, bonds, insurance policies are all submitted, in order, and matches contractual requirements; finalize the contract documents for ratification/executionPeruse and recommend applicable revisions to existing contracts and agreementsCarry out additional duties as assigned by the manager Interested candidates can send their CV & CERTIFICATES to
