At Al-Qadsiah, you’ll play a key role in shaping our legacy, contributing to the nation’s sports vision, and making history every step of the way.Job OverviewAl-Qadsiah Club is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Specialist to manage the procurement and administration of contracts for goods and services necessary for the club's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and overseeing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and club policies, and maintaining accurate records.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Drafting and ReviewDraft, review, and revise contracts, including service agreements, supply contracts, and other legal documents.Ensure contracts are clear, legally sound, and aligned with the club’s objectives.Coordinate with the legal team to ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.Contract NegotiationNegotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.Work to secure the best possible terms and mitigate risks for the club.Document and communicate negotiation outcomes to relevant stakeholders.Contract ManagementMaintain a comprehensive database of all contracts, including key terms, dates, and obligations.Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.Handle contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed.Vendor and Supplier RelationsEstablish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.Address any issues or disputes that arise with vendors promptly and effectively.Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback for improvement.Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure all contracts adhere to club policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.Stay updated on changes in regulations and update contract templates accordingly.Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual documents and correspondence.Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics.Present contract data and insights to senior management as required.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvements in contract management.Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends.Training and SupportProvide training to staff on contract management procedures and best practices.Act as a resource for contract-related inquiries and support.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Supply Chain Management, or in Business Administration.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management along with procurement experience, preferably within the sports industry.Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)) are preferred.BenefitsBe Part of the Legacy: Join a club that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony.
