We also offer award-winning capabilities in cyber security, data privacy, and digital transformation.We are currently seeking a Contract Manager – Smart Metering to join our team.Job DescriptionThe Contract Manager will oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of the Smart Metering Programme. The role ensures compliance with contractual obligations, manages supplier relationships, and supports negotiation of variations and claims. Acting as a key liaison between Talan, vendors, and the client, the Contract Manager safeguards programme interests and promotes transparent, well-governed contract management practices throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and monitor project contracts and service-level agreements.Manage contract performance and deliverable compliance.Support negotiation of variations and claims.Liaise with legal and procurement teams for contractual governance.Maintain auditable documentation and version control.QualificationsStrong contract management experience in IT or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of UAE commercial and procurement frameworks.Excellent negotiation and documentation skills.Legal or commercial degree preferred.PMP, MPM, or MSP certification beneficial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
