In this role, you will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing complex contracts for engineering projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.Draft, review, and negotiate engineering contracts, subcontracts, and related agreementsAnalyse and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring protection of company interestsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and project teams, to develop effective contract strategiesEnsure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as industry standardsManage the contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, using contract management softwareProvide guidance and support to project teams on contractual mattersDevelop and maintain contract templates and standardised clausesConduct regular contract audits and performance reviewsAssist in resolving contractual disputes and claimsStay up-to-date with changes in contract law and industry best practicesWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years' experience in contract formation and management.Professional certification in Contract Management (e.g., IACCM) is preferredStrong knowledge of contract law, engineering principles, and Saudi Arabian business regulationsExcellent contract drafting and negotiation skillsProficiency in risk assessment and mitigation techniquesAdvanced project management abilitiesExpertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with contract management softwareAnalytical mindset with keen attention to detailExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlinesFluency in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
