JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering contracts related to oil & gas and construction projects. This role involves overseeing contract compliance, processing variations and claims, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 3+ years of contract management experience, preferably in oil & gas, construction, or manpower supply industryStrong knowledge of contract terms, conditions, variations, and claims managementFamiliar with FIDIC, ISO, or other standard contract frameworksProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management softwareExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantageValid Qatar driving license is preferredKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Contract Management:Manage and administer all project contracts from initiation to closeoutReview and interpret contract terms, conditions, and specifications to ensure compliancePrepare, review, and process contract variations, amendments, and claimsEnsure all contractual obligations are fulfilled by both company and clients/subcontractorsDocumentation & Compliance:Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation, including correspondence, approvals, and recordsEnsure all contract-related documents are properly filed and accessible for auditsMonitor contract milestones, deliverables, and payment schedulesEnsure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standardsCoordination & Communication:Act as the primary point of contact between project managers, legal teams, clients, and subcontractors for contract mattersCoordinate with finance team regarding invoicing, payment collections, and contract closeoutAttend project meetings and provide contract-related updates and recommendationsTendering & Procurement Support:Assist in tendering processes, including preparation of bid documents, evaluation of proposals, and contract awardReview subcontractor agreements and ensure alignment with main contract termsRisk Management:Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategiesHandle disputes and claims professionally to minimize financial and legal exposureKEY COMPETENCIES:Strong understanding of contract law, terms, variations, and claims managementExcellent negotiation and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentationAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple contracts simultaneouslyStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in MS Office and contract management softwareFluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills Arabic is a Plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
