Job Description As an experienced finance professional at Siemens Healthcare Private Limited, your role will involve various responsibilities related to service contracts and orders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling all commercial aspects related to service contracts and orders - Clarifying contracts by reviewing terms and conditions and legal aspects - Supporting the Regional Service team in identifying and mitigating risks in contracts - Ensuring compliance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures to protect business interests - Providing commercial clearance of contracts for booking in SAP - Monitoring contract and order costs, as well as internal credit notes - Analyzing contract profitability to support new contract acquisitions and renewals - Offering pricing support for spare part quotations to customers - Facilitating timely billing and ensuring data hygiene of contracts - Monitoring inventory and issuing to respective orders - Actively participating in the implementation of digitalization and automation tools - Focusing on achieving regional service KPIs To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in handling business transactions. Additionally, you should possess good interpersonal skills, decision-making capabilities, and stakeholder management skills. Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage for this position.
