Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation, review, and administration of various types of contracts, including procurement contracts, service agreements, and subcontractor agreementsCoordinate contract negotiations and revisions with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project requirements and company standardsSupport the development of contract terms and conditions, pricing structures, and performance metrics to meet project objectivesMaintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including contract files, amendments, and correspondenceMonitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, identifying potential issues and proposing solutionsCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address contract-related queries, disputes, and changes in scopeAssist in the evaluation of vendor performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards to assess compliance with contractual requirementsSupport the resolution of contract disputes, claims, and discrepancies in coordination with legal counsel and senior managementContribute to the development and implementation of contract management processes, templates, and guidelines to enhance efficiency and consistencyPrepare reports and summaries on contract status, milestones, and risks for internal review and decision-makingAssist in the development and implementation of contract management strategies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize riskParticipate in the preparation of request for proposals (RFPs), bid documents, and other procurement-related materialsEngage in market research and analysis to support the evaluation of potential vendors and suppliersCollaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, invoices, and financial reporting related to contractsProvide support in the preparation and submission of contract deliverables, reports, and compliance documentation to clients and regulatory authoritiesFacilitate training sessions and workshops for project teams to enhance their understanding of contract management principles and proceduresSupport in the development and maintenance of a contract database or repository for easy retrieval of contract-related information and documentsContribute to the review and analysis of contract performance metrics, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvementAssist in the development of contract amendments, modifications, and extensions as required to meet project objectivesAct as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for inquiries related to contract terms, conditions, and obligationsEssential RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, contract management, or a related fieldMinimum of 12 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or related rolesSolid understanding of contract law, principles, and best practicesProficiency in contract management software and toolsStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyKnowledge of project management concepts and processes is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
