You’ll safeguard quality and consistency across productUX microcopy, localization—includingper-client customizations. The focus is onclear, in-context copy aligned to our tone of voice and terminology.The role requires to be based in Al AinWhat you’ll doWrite and editUX/UI microcopy (labels, CTAs, states, tooltips, onboarding flows)Maintainterminology governance (EN/AR): evolve a living glossary and style guideTranslate/localize EN↔AR product copy and microcopy, adapting tone and terminology to the style guide and context.Support a new product translation/localization, includingclient-specific customizationsPartner withDesign, Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery to land copy on time and in contextDoin-context checks on staging for your own strings and flag issues to QA/Engineering (no ownership of full linguistic QA)Contribute suggestions to the glossary/style guide to maintain consistency (no ownership of cross-team governance)Track work inNotion/Jira and keep source-of-truth copy organized and versioned; surface risks/blocked strings earlyQualificationsNative-level Arabic andstrong professional English writing/editing3–5+ years in content design/UX writing or product copywriting; fintech/wealth exposure preferredProven ability to writeconcise, task-oriented microcopy and longer formats (web, emails, scripts)Experience withlocalization andin-context QA; comfortable with EN/AR typography and layout constraintsFamiliarity withMENA financial terminology (risk profile, AUM, structured products, onboarding/KYC)Excellent collaboration, feedback handling, and deadline discipline across multiple squadsNice to haveKnowledge ofSaudi/UAE market usage and neutral Modern Standard ArabicExperience withclient-by-client customization for B2B/B2B2C platformsUnderstanding ofShariah-compliant finance language and sensitivitiesTools you’ll useFigma, Jira, Notion, POEditor, CSV/JSON keys, in-context previews, Slack, Google Workspace#J-18808-Ljbffr
