We connect creative, ambitious people with leading brands and bring major events and venues to life across the Kingdom.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, ideas-driven Content Creator to own our social storytelling, bring our brand to life on camera and help showcase our people, jobs and events. You will create engaging content for multiple platforms, grow our online community and support both recruitment and marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute content ideas for social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others) that align with Shine’s brand and goals.Film, edit and publish engaging short-form videos, reels, stories, posts and carousels tailored to each platform and audience.Plan and manage a content calendar with the recruitment, events and operations teams to highlight job opportunities, campaigns and live activations.Build and nurture our online community through comments, DMs and interactive content, turning followers into fans and potential talent.Stay on top of trends, sounds, formats and conversations in hospitality, events and talent, and translate them into fresh content ideas.Support the setup and optimisation of paid social content (creatives, captions, hooks) to boost reach, engagement and candidate attraction.Track content performance and share simple, actionable insights on what works and how to improve.Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice and visual style across all content.Capture and post live event content (behind the scenes, interviews, highlights) and manage real-time engagement during key moments.RequirementsStrong creative skills in short-form video ideation, shooting and editing for social platforms.Confident written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.Practical experience using social scheduling tools, basic analytics and paid promotion features is a plus.Solid understanding of social trends, algorithms and growth best practices.Organised, reliable and comfortable handling multiple content requests and deadlines.Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends to cover events and activations.What We OfferA collaborative, creative and supportive environment where your ideas are heard.The chance to create content for high-profile events and brands across Saudi Arabia.Competitive salary and benefits, plus room to grow your skills and career.#J-18808-Ljbffr
