If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet.The RoleAs Privilee’s Content Creator, you'll lead the charge in crafting scroll-stopping content that inspires, educates, and sells the dream. From ideation to execution, you’ll take full ownership of the creative process -bringing our world-class venues and lifestyle benefits to life across digital channels.As Privilee’s Content Creator, you will spend a minimum of two days per week on location, capturing dynamic, high-impact content, this is a highly dynamic role where no day is the same. Whether it’s filming sunrise workouts, poolside moments, or behind-the-scenes stories at exclusive events, you’ll be telling the Privilee story in bold and beautiful ways that drive engagement - and results.To apply for this role, please email your CV, covering letter and portfolio to: careers@privilee.ae .ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Content Creation: Develop and deliver content from concept tocompletion—storyboarding, shooting, editing, and publishing across multiple platforms.On-Location Photo & Video Production: Capture and edit high-quality short-form contenton location at venues, events, and shoots—showcasing the Privilee experience throughcompelling visuals that drive conversionsOrganisation & Coordination: Continuously sourcing and engaging with potential Privileemodels who reflect our member profiles, to build and maintain a strong casting book.Trend & Engagement Tracking: Stay ahead of social trends, platform features, andaudience behaviors to create relevant and resonant content. Analyse data independentlyusing in-house reports and act on key insights to create high performing content.Monthly Country Specific Video Edits: Deliver content for monthly social calendars,ensuring timely, on-brand content that aligns with strategic goals and key campaignmoments.Asset Bank Management: Should have experience in following clearly defined fileformatting, optimised storage techniques for a fast paced business - Confident in sharingupdates on finalised file locations with the wider business.PersonalityA creative soul with a deep passion for content, aesthetics, and storytelling.Proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Obsessed with quality and detail, and able to juggle multiple projects whilst maintaining a consistent ratio of photoshoot and in-office post-production daysAudience-first mindset to create with purpose, aiming to engage and convert.Eager tocontribute ideas, push creative boundaries, and elevate the Privilee brand.Should have a keen interest in the wellness and fitness space, have their finger on the pulse of what content is trending across the varied platforms.Confident and professional - you will be representing Privilee at photoshoots and eventsRequirementsA minimum of 3 years industry experience, ideally in comparable brands or agencies.A portfolio that demonstrates original and engaging social content, especially short-form video.Experience producing content for Instagram (Reels and Stories), TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and web.Proficiency in CapCut, Davinci Resolve and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign), on Mac OSX.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A strong foundation in basic English grammar, ability to work with copy across a variety of different creatives.Confidence in cross-team collaboration with ability to absorb key business insights, present ideas and get buy-in from the wider business to emphasize the content creation process.Our CultureBy joining Privilee, you’ll become part of a passionate, dedicated, and collaborative team focused on curating the ultimate lifestyle and wellness platform.
