Job Description

Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Marketing and Creative Reporting to: Marketing Manager and Creative and Branding Manager Employment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are hiring a Lead Creative Content and Campaigns professional to own the creative thinking, shooting and delivery of video-led content across the business .The successful candidate will be responsible for spotting cultural and commercial moments, turning them into strong creative ideas, and leading those ideas from concept through to execution on set. You will think audience and objective first , then determine the right platforms, formats and distribution approach.You will be hands-on during shoots, directing contributors, working closely with videographers and ensuring the final output delivers on the original idea. The ambition is to create campaign-led, long-lasting and award-worthy workReal estate experience is strongly preferred. Strategic thinking, creative confidence and professional maturity are essential.Core ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy and IdeationDevelop campaign ideas rooted in audience insight, business objectives and brand positioningSpot cultural, seasonal and commercial moments and proactively build creative concepts around themIdeate brand films, property showcase concepts, recruitment and culture content, awards entries and evergreen brand assetsCreate work that is platform-agnostic at the idea stage, with formats adapted laterCampaign and Content LeadershipLead creative development for major campaigns, launches and brand momentsBuild narratives that can be extended across multiple assets and platformsEnsure content is designed to be reused, repurposed and extended over time – enable the assets to be sweatedMove the team away from reactive, one-off posting towards planned, campaign-based outputProduction and On-Set DirectionOwn the creative vision from concept to final deliveryBe present on shoots to direct contributors, talent and videographersEnsure people being filmed are properly briefed, confident and aligned to the objectiveWork closely with videographers and editors to ensure execution matches the original ideaCollaboration and Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with marketing, design, social and leadership teams to align creative with business prioritiesClearly substantiate and sell in creative ideas to senior stakeholdersBalance creative ambition with commercial reality and brand standardsStandards, Quality and ProgressionRaise the creative bar across all video and campaign outputMaintain high standards of taste, tone and executionEnsure content reflects the scale, professionalism and ambition of the businessContinuously refine ideas based on performance, feedback and outcomesExperience and Requirements5+ years of experience in content, creative or campaign-led rolesDemonstrated ability to ideate, sell in and execute creative ideasHands-on experience directing or leading video shootsStrong understanding of audience-led marketing and brand buildingComfortable working in structured environments with clear objectives and processesStrong communication skills and professional maturityHighly PreferredExperience creating campaign-led or long-form brand contentFamiliarity with video production workflows and post-production processesExperience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
