We support clients in reimagining how they operate, serve, and grow—by harnessing the power of digital products, emerging tech, cloud, data, and cyber resilience.</p><p>Whether shaping enterprise-wide transformation or enabling targeted innovation, we work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and trust—delivering scalable solutions that empower clients to move faster, think smarter, and lead with confidence.</p><h3>How You’ll Contribute</h3><h3>Architecture Design&Governance</h3><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end architecture design of digital platforms across sports venues, competitions, and football operations systems.</li><li>Act as the Design Authority, ensuring alignment between business strategy, digital roadmaps, and enterprise architecture standards.</li><li>Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks acrossstadium technologies and competition platforms.</li><li>Ensure interoperability, scalability, cybersecurity, and compliance with enterprise and international sporting event standards.</li><li>Define solution roadmaps, integration models, and key technology decisions across the sports ecosystem.</li><li>Embed governance controls supporting league regulations, compliance reporting, safeguarding, and operational oversight.</li><li>Champion modern architectural principles, design standards, and best practices across all platforms.</li></ul><h3>Implementation&Delivery Leadership</h3><ul><li>Lead the full lifecycle implementation of venue technologies and competition digital platforms — from design through deployment and optimization.</li><li>Provide architectural oversight across Agile delivery teams (onshore and offshore).</li><li>Conduct architecture reviews, technical design validations, and sign-offs.</li><li>Oversee integration planning across competition systems, enterprise platforms, and reporting ecosystems.</li><li>Ensure readiness for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and matchday operations.</li><li>Align delivery milestones with competition calendars, regulatory deadlines, and event-critical timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with product owners, delivery leads, system integrators, vendors, and technical teams to maintain architectural integrity.</li></ul><h3>Operational Excellence&Security</h3><ul><li>Oversee cybersecurity frameworks aligned with international standards and best practices.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and data protection obligations.</li><li>Design high-availability, resilient, and business continuity architectures for event-critical systems.</li><li>Establish repeatable technical standards and deployment governance models across venues and competitions.</li></ul><h3>Innovation&Future Readiness</h3><ul><li>Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, advanced analytics) to enhance competition management and venue ecosystems.</li><li>Drive cloud-first, scalable, and future-ready digital infrastructure strategies.</li><li>Support continuous improvement of fan engagement, operational efficiency, and regulatory reporting capabilities.</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder&Ecosystem Engagement</h3><ul><li>Engage with technology partn
