We’re a not-for-profit, well-funded and a world leader in our field.THE OPPORTUNITYCovidence is seeking a Consultant Systematic Reviewer to partner with institutional customers in building research capacity and supporting adoption in Asia and the Middle East.What you’ll do:Identify training solutions to develop research skills in evidence synthesis process and methodsPlan and deliver user training for customer organisation and the wider review communityProvide subject‑matter expertise and technical demonstrations as part of the pre‑sales processRepresent Covidence at events and conferencesProvide fast, expert support to users via email and live chatCreate and maintain support and educational resourcesWhat you need to succeed:Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to engage and influence people at all levels and from all backgroundsStrong track record of working in a systematic review teamSound knowledge of the methods of evidence synthesis and evidence use in decision‑makingDeep understanding of the systematic review process, particularly data extraction, risk of bias assessment and meta‑analysisUnderstanding of and interest in the use of new technologies to support evidence synthesisGood working knowledge of RevManAn advanced degree related to evidence synthesis or research methodsStrong publication record (5+ peer‑reviewed publications in indexed journals)Experience contributing to projects aligned with national research and innovation prioritiesTHE PERKSWe work remotely from home4 weeks paid annual leaveGifted time off at the end of the yearSupport for parents with 14 weeks paid primary carers leave and 8 weeks paid leave for partners, available after only 6 months tenureAccess to services & programs to support your wellbeingA knowledge allowance and time so you keep learning and developingMonthly home allowance to set up and run your home officeCompetitive salaries relevant to your experience and homebase location, reviewed twice yearly.How do I apply?If you are interested in this opportunity, please hit APPLY and send us through your resume or LinkedIn profile and a separate list of peer‑reviewed publications, indicating indexing status where applicable, so we can get a feel for your background and experience.
