Your expertise will be vital in diagnosing and treating a wide range of shoulder issues, and you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with shoulder-related concerns.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing both surgical and non-surgical methods.Perform surgical procedures, including arthroscopic shoulder surgery, shoulder joint replacement, and rotator cuff repairs.Provide education and guidance to patients regarding their conditions, treatment options, and recovery strategies.Work with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support post‑operative rehabilitation.Stay updated on advancements in shoulder surgery techniques and technologies.Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives within the orthopedic department.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.QualificationsMedical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.Completion of residency in Orthopedic Surgery with specialized training in Shoulder Surgery.Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in shoulder surgery.Proficient in performing a wide range of shoulder surgical procedures.Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in orthopedic surgery.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
