<div><h3>Engagement Type</h3><p>Consulting / Advisory (Project-based or Retainer)</p><h3>Role Purpose</h3><p>The Consultant will support the development and enhancement of Tabadul’s post-trade infrastructure, focusing on settlement, custody, and clearing frameworks across participating exchanges. The role aims to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable post-trade processes to support cross-border trading through Tabadul.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and enhance Tabadul post-trade infrastructure</li><li>Develop and optimize DVP (Delivery versus Payment) and Custodian models</li><li>Support implementation of cross-border settlement frameworks</li><li>Establish operational procedures for clearing and settlement activities</li><li>Design the framework for CCP integration across participating markets</li><li>Coordinate with custodians, clearing houses, exchanges, and regulators</li><li>Develop post-trade processes for new asset classes</li><li>Define operational workflows for trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation</li><li>Support risk management frameworks related to settlement and clearing</li><li>Align Tabadul post-trade operations with international best practices</li><li>Tabadul Post-Trade Infrastructure Framework</li><li>Enhanced DVP&Custodian Operating Model</li><li>CCP Integration Roadmap</li><li>Settlement and Clearing Operational Procedures</li><li>Cross-Border Settlement Process Design</li></ul><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul><li>10+ years experience in post-trade operations, clearing, settlement, or custody</li><li>Strong knowledge of DVP models, custodianship, and clearing structures</li><li>Experience working with CCPs, exchanges, custodians, and regulators</li><li>Knowledge of cross-border settlement mechanisms</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
