Consultant Plastic Surgeon (Arabic Speaker) – Qatar

We are seeking an experienced, board‑certified Plastic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare provider in Qatar. The ideal candidate will deliver a full range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, with strong clinical judgment, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Arabic language proficiency is essential to support patient engagement and enhance service quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow‑up care.Ensure high standards of surgical safety, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.Collaborate with dermatology, ENT, maxillofacial, and other specialties as needed.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards.Participate in service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance activities.Qualifications & ExperienceBoard certification in Plastic Surgery (or equivalent).Minimum 5–7 years post‑qualification experience in a reputable hospital or surgical center.Proven expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.Arabic fluency required; English proficiency preferred.Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient‑centered care.Eligibility for licensing with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health.Preferred SkillsExperience in advanced aesthetic procedures (face, breast, body contouring).Familiarity with minimally invasive techniques and laser‑based treatments.Ability to manage complex reconstructive cases.#J-18808-Ljbffr
