Consultant Plastic Surgeon (Arabic Speaker) – Qatar

The ideal candidate will deliver a full range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, with strong clinical judgment, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Arabic language proficiency is essential to support patient engagement and enhance service quality.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform a wide spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow‑up care.</li><li>Ensure high standards of surgical safety, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with dermatology, ENT, maxillofacial, and other specialties as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards.</li><li>Participate in service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance activities.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Board certification in Plastic Surgery (or equivalent).</li><li>Minimum 5–7 years post‑qualification experience in a reputable hospital or surgical center.</li><li>Proven expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.</li><li>Arabic fluency required; English proficiency preferred.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient‑centered care.</li><li>Eligibility for licensing with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience in advanced aesthetic procedures (face, breast, body contouring).</li><li>Familiarity with minimally invasive techniques and laser‑based treatments.</li><li>Ability to manage complex reconstructive cases.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
