Job Description
We are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Surgeon (with experience in Paediatric Trauma Surgery) for a leading healthcare organization in Al Ain.MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIESSupports and adheres to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures.Participates in the organization’s performance management and peer review systems.Ensures appropriate medical coverage within the division.Attends divisional and multidisciplinary meetings as required.Supports the reporting and investigation of clinical incidents.CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIESDiagnose and treat surgical conditions affecting infants, children and adolescents.Perform paediatric trauma surgeries and emergency surgical procedures.Manage congenital anomalies, abdominal trauma and paediatric surgical emergencies.Collaborate with paediatricians, intensivists and emergency physicians.Supervise junior physicians and surgical staff.REQUIREMENTSMedical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).Specialization in Paediatric Surgery.Fellowship or significant experience in Paediatric Trauma Surgery.TIER 1 Qualification as per DOH PQR American Board / Canadian Board / UK CCT or equivalent.Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience.Valid DOH License or Eligibility.WORK LOCATIONAl Ain#J-18808-Ljbffr
