Consultant Physician – Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon (Transplant)Full time | Black Pearl Consult | United Arab EmiratesPosted On 03/10/2026Job InformationHealth CareNumber of Positions 1City Abu Dhabi51133Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon (Transplant) for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi.MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIESSupports and adheres to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures.Supports and participates in the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and productivity and utilization review processes.Assists with Consultant staff in ensuring adequate medical coverage is provided within the division at all times.Attends divisional meetings as required.Supports reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidents.Assumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant Staff.CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIESPerform complex paediatric cardiac surgeries including heart transplantation procedures.Manage congenital heart diseases and complex cardiac conditions in paediatric patients.Work closely with paediatric cardiology, ICU and transplant teams to provide comprehensive care.Participate in multidisciplinary clinical meetings to discuss treatment strategies.Supervise junior physicians and surgical staff.Ensure accurate documentation of clinical information and surgical procedures.RequirementsMinimum QualificationsMedical Degree (MBBS orequivalent) with specialization in Cardiothoracic SurgeryFellowship / Subspecialty training in Paediatric Cardiac Surgery or Transplant SurgeryTIER 1 Qualification as per Abu Dhabi PQR – American Board / Canadian Board / UK CCT or equivalentMinimum 3+ years post-specialization experience in Paediatric Cardiac SurgeryDisclaimer: Please note that Black Pearl will never ask any of its candidates for any payment in any form in exchange of our service in helping candidates find a job.
