Consultant Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation - Abu Dhabi

As a Consultant in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing them with the necessary treatment and rehabilitation for a variety of physical injuries, disabilities, and chronic conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for each patient, utilizing the latest technology and techniques in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with physical impairments, injuries, and disabilities.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients to improve their physical functioning and quality of life.Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychologists, to provide holistic care for patients.Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies and techniques to promote long‑term health and wellness.Monitor and document patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.RequirementsMedical degree from an accredited institution and board certification in physical medicine & rehabilitation.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation center setting.Knowledge of the latest developments and best practices in the field of physical medicine & rehabilitation.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.We offer competitive compensation packages and a supportive working environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
