The ideal candidate will be an American board-certified physician with extensive experience working in a rehabilitation setting. You will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, creating tailored treatment plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including physical, cognitive, and emotional assessments.</li><li>Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.</li><li>Administer a variety of rehabilitative therapies, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy.</li><li>Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on home exercises and strategies to improve rehabilitation outcomes.</li><li>Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.</li><li>Stay informed about the latest breakthroughs and advancements in pediatric rehabilitation.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>American Board certification in Pediatric Rehabilitation.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Pediatric Rehabilitation Consultant.</li><li>Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current practices and protocols.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Fluent in English.
