Consultant Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon (UK CCT / American Board) - Abu Dhabi

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are currently seeking a<b>consultant pediatric orthopedic surgeon</b>to join our team at Allocation Assist Middle East in Abu Dhabi.</p><p>As a consultant pediatric orthopedic surgeon, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services to pediatric patients with musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from newborns to adolescents, and utilize your expertise to diagnose and treat a variety of orthopedic conditions.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic tests to assess the patient’s condition</li><li>Develop and implement treatment plans based on the patient’s individual needs</li><li>Perform surgical procedures, including casting, corrective surgeries, and fracture repair</li><li>Monitor and follow up on patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly</li><li>Educate patients and their families on preventative measures and post-treatment care</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient</li><li>Keep updated with the latest medical advancements and techniques in pediatric orthopedics</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, educational events, and conferences to share knowledge and expertise</li><li>Comply with all regulatory and safety standards in patient care and practice management.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Medical degree from an accredited institution</li><li>Board certification in Pediatric Orthopedics</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pediatric Orthopedic in a hospital or clinical setting</li><li>Excellent diagnostic skills with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans</li><li>Proficient in performing surgical procedures and using the latest medical technology</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred but not required.</li></ul><p>We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as healthcare insurance, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
