Allocation Assist Middle East is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join the best team as a Consultant Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist.Position OverviewAs a Consultant Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care to our patients, specifically children and adolescents, who are suffering from blood disorders and cancers.You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose and treat a variety of hematologic and oncologic conditions.In addition, you will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to our patients and their families throughout their treatment journey.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat a wide range of hematologic and oncologic disorders in pediatric patientsDevelop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needsUtilize advanced medical knowledge and technology to provide the best care possibleCoordinate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated careMonitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessaryProvide emotional and psychological support to patients and their familiesStay updated on current research and advancements in pediatric hematology and oncologyParticipate in departmental meetings and educational programsMaintain accurate and detailed medical recordsQualificationsMedical degree and specialty training in Pediatric Hematology/OncologyLicensed to practice in the UAEMust hold UK CCT, American Board, or Canadian Board certification.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of relevant medical technology and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and empathetic towards patients and their familiesAbility to work well in a fast-paced and diverse environmentWhy Work with Us?Allocation Assist Middle East is dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care to our patients.
