Role OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Consultant Pediatric Hematologist to join a leading Hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and managing complex blood disorders in children, with a strong commitment to evidence-based care and multidisciplinary collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat pediatric hematologic conditions including:Anemia, hemophilia, sickle cell disease, thalassemiaPlatelet disorders, clotting abnormalities, bone marrow failure syndromesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans including transfusions, iron chelation, and immunotherapyCollaborate with pediatric oncologists, pathologists, and geneticists for integrated careProvide counseling and education to families regarding disease management and long-term careParticipate in tumor boards, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiativesContribute to academic teaching, CME programs, and research activitiesQualifications & ExperienceCertification: Board-certified in Pediatric Hematology (American Board, UK CCT, or equivalent)Licensure: DHA eligibility or license requiredExperience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary care or academic settingProven expertise in managing complex hematologic disorders in childrenStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a family-centered approachCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salary (AED 70,000–90,000/month depending on experience)Annual performance bonusHousing allowance or furnished accommodationFamily medical insuranceCME allowance and paid study leaveRelocation support and visa sponsorship#J-18808-Ljbffr
