You will work with a team of modelling professionals to analyse and review complex financial models, ensuring they are robust and reliable.RequirementsOperationsLead model audit assignments, models are arithmetically and commercially correctUse a combination of software checks and parallel model development to identify modelling errorsReview and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial modelTake ownership of specific assignments and projects, demonstrating initiative and dedication to achieving high-quality outcomesContribute to the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovationPrepare comprehensive model documentation detailing assumptions, methodologies, and resultsMaintain meticulous records of modeling processes and methodologies to uphold our high standards and ensure consistencyAssist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective project deliveryPeopleTrain, motivate and manage junior team members on assignmentsCollaborate closely with team members, learning and contributing to assignmentsCommunicate model findings and insights effectively to clients and internal teamsSimplify complex financial model issues to make them understandable for non-technical stakeholdersGrowthSupport in the development of client pitchesContribute to client calls and building client relationshipsKey Skills And QualificationsWe hire exceptional individuals who can demonstrate our core values of Drive, Innovation, Collaboration and Excellence.2-4 years of relevant experience in a financial role within a recognized advisory practice or large corporate settingA good appreciation of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification is beneficialAn sound understanding of Project Finance conceptsStrong analytical skills with a foundation in building and operating financial models using ExcelDegree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficialExperience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a remote teamBenefitsA competitive base salary with flexible working arrangements, including a mixture of office-based, working from home, and working on client sites.Significant opportunities for professional growth and development as we expand.Access to cutting-edge financial modelling tools and resources.Collaborative and supportive team culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
