You will be working in one of the top hospitals in the country, with state-of-the-art facilities and a diverse and talented team of healthcare professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert medical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of all aspects of their conditionCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patientConduct regular ward rounds and provide supervision and guidance to junior medical staffParticipate in on-call duties and be available for emergency procedures and consultationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentationStay current with the latest developments in critical care medicine and participate in continuous education and training programsAct as a mentor and role model for junior doctors and nursing staffQualifications And RequirementsMedical degree from an accredited institutionBoard Certification in Critical Care or equivalent qualification from an accredited institutionMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant in an Intensive Care Unit settingAbility to work well under pressure and make quick, informed decisionsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsProven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and clinical outcomesFluency in English.
