Consultant Gastroenterologist

<div><p>Woodston Personnel is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a<b>Consultant Gastroenterologist</b>to join our reputable client’s medical team in Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for a dedicated physician with expertise in managing a variety of gastrointestinal disorders. The Consultant will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care through the provision of comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services in gastroenterology.</p><p>The successful candidate will be committed to the principles of patient-centered care and will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality treatment and follow-up for patients with chronic digestive diseases, liver disorders, and other gastrointestinal conditions.</p><h3>Main Duties and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with gastrointestinal complaints.</li><li>Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including endoscopy, colonoscopy, and other minimally invasive interventions.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.</li><li>Collaborate with other specialists to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex medical issues.</li><li>Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and research activities to advance the department's goals.</li><li>Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care in line with hospital policies.</li><li>Offer guidance and support to junior medical staff and fellows in the gastroenterology department.</li><li>Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and educational conferences.</li></ul><p>Full time contracts with excellent renumeration and benefits available</p><p>Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their updated CV and cover letter highlighting their qualifications and experience in gastroenterology.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>MBBS or equivalent medical qualification</p><p>US Board/ FRCS - Irish, UK, Canadian, New Zealand or Australian/ Diploma d'Etudes Specialises (DES)/ CIS French Board/ Fachart&Sub- Board/ Fellowship / Board / Fellowship / Sweden / Belgium / Finland / Spain</p><p>Must have at least 3-5years of post-consultant or senior specialist experience</p><p>Eligible for consultant licensure with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
