Consultant ENT (Arabic Speaker) - Saudi Arabia

As a Consultant ENT with Allocation Assist Middle East, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders. You will lead a team of specialists and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients. Your expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to patient care will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's reputation and achieving our mission of providing outstanding healthcare services in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations and diagnose patients with ear, nose, and throat disordersDevelop and implement treatment plans based on the patient's medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic testsPerform surgeries, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus surgeries, according to established medical standardsUtilize advanced medical equipment and technology to provide the highest level of care to patientsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, including radiologists and pathologists, to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plansEducate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measuresTrain and supervise junior medical staff, such as residents and internsKeep abreast of medical advancements and participate in professional development activities, such as conferences and workshopsMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients in accordance with legal and ethical standardsAdhere to all safety and infection control protocols in the workplace to ensure the safety of patients and staffQualificationsMedical degree from an accredited institutionBoard certification in OtolaryngologyMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant ENTFluent in Arabic proficiency is preferredExcellent leadership skills and ability to work in a team environmentStrong problem-solving and decision‑making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail‑oriented and able to maintain accurate and organized medical recordsFamiliarity with medical laws and ethical standardsMust have received a Western education or training.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
